The Rebel SCR Scrambler is a hand made electric moped from electric moped startup Huck Cycles from USA. The company is dedicated to custom made mopeds and provides a “design your bike” service.

The Rebel SCR is a new version of the popular Rebel 2000 moped and a special version of the new Rebel S designed for both city streets and off-road usage. The moped has a Puch style frame.
The Rebel SCR has a powerful 3,000 watt (6,000 watt pique power) electric motor for a top speed of 45 mph. The speed of the moped can be limited to 31 mph.
The moped has a 3,000 kWh lithium battery for a driving range of 50 miles.
The moped has a 150A Bluetooth connected programmable controller.
The moped has a digital dashboard.
