The company is expanding internationally and wants to produce 150,000 electric vehicles by 2030.

Adrian Burri, BICAR"If we assume that 70 percent of the world's population will live in urban centers in 2050 and at least 40 percent of them will use private transport, then the mobile solution of the future must go exactly in the direction that we are taking with roo," says CEO and Founder Adrian Burri, who heads the Center for Product and Process Development at the ZHAW. β€œWe will dedicate 2022/23 to Europe and the USA and expand to India in 2024,” says Burri, summarizing the ambition and adding: β€œIf we can exploit the expected potential, we will have already produced over 150,000 vehicles by 2030."
